Shipping Policy for the Book
Pre-Order Status (Paperbacks Only)
Hedwig for the Win! Life with a Psychiatric Assistance Dog is currently available as a pre-order for the paperback edition only.
The book is expected to be published and ready for dispatch in March 2026.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as book launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Australia (Domestic Shipping)
• Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
International Shipping
• Standard International: 7–21 business days
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

Return & Exchange Policy for the Book
Returns & Exchanges
For safety and quality reasons, books are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Digital Product Policy (eBooks & Audiobooks)
Instant Delivery
All digital products — including eBooks and audiobooks — are delivered instantly after purchase.
You will receive a download link or access instructions via email.
If you do not receive your download within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hedwigforthewin@gmail.com.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook and audiobook sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — even if:
• you purchased the wrong format
• your device is incompatible
• you changed your mind
This policy aligns with standard digital product practices and Australian consumer guidelines.
Download Access
Your purchase includes:
• Unlimited personal use
• Ongoing access to your purchased file
Please download and store your files safely.
We cannot guarantee replacement links indefinitely if downloads are lost due to device changes or personal storage issues — but we’ll always do our best to help where possible.
